WORKSHOP OUTLINE
This workshop will give you the tools to get yourself and your team thinking more creatively. You will learn
by experiencing some tools, techniques, and approaches to creativity, and in turn innovation, and learn how to lead a creative process.
With your colleagues. You’ll learn how to motivate people to be more creative. Your own creative ability will be stretched. Your company will benefit from your ability to leverage the creative talents of your colleagues and channel them into the innovation process.
Each participant should prepare three real topics: live projects to work with during the workshop. Topics will be shared with other participants and used during the practical workshop sessions to get concrete solutions.
